Alice L. Messina

Alice Messina is an accomplished litigator bringing more than 25 years of trial experience. She represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial, civil rights and personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice cases. Alice regularly defends clients in New York State courts and federal courts throughout the state.

Alice is a shrewd fighter. She advocates for clients in complicated disputes, resolving complex legal issues completely and efficiently. In the end, she knows the law is not just esoteric theory – it is about fighting for people, their lives and their livelihood.

Alice is on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Trial Lawyer’s Section. The youngest of 12 children, Alice has five of her own with her husband, Mike, of 25 years.
