Junior Litigation Associate
An established boutique litigation law firm seeks a junior litigation associate to work on a broad range of commercial and construction litigation matters, both plaintiff and defense-side. Responsibilities include participation in all aspects of litigation, from discovery through trial and appeal. The firm has a small partner to associate ratio and there is ample opportunity for junior associates to gain substantive experience. Qualifications
- Currently admitted in New York
- 1-4 years of litigation experience
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and rules of evidence
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Proficiency in using legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Experience with e-discovery preferred

Annual salary range for this position is $105,000-$115,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience or other job-related factors permitted by law.
