Mallory Smith

Mallory concentrates her practice on estate and trust administration and litigation, commercial litigation, municipal litigation, insurance defense, and contract enforcement and interpretation. She has extensive experience assisting fiduciaries with the administration of trusts and estates as well as litigating and defending against claims of asset mismanagement, breach of fiduciary duty, and discovery proceedings. Mallory has significant appellate experience having perfected appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division Third Department, and New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division Fourth Department as well as drafting opposition to a petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Adams Leclair, Mallory was a member at a law firm in Rochester. In her free time, Mallory enjoys biking and rowing on the Erie Canal.
