Kelly is an alumna of Union College and received her juris doctorate from Vermont Law School. She concentrates her practice on construction & surety, employment, and insurance defense matters. Kelly enjoys tennis, skiing and reading as well as hiking with her 8-year-old golden retriever Lola.
