Mallory K. Smith
Mallory concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, insurance defense, contract enforcement and interpretation, municipal litigation, and estate and trust litigation. She has extensive experience leading litigation matters, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Mallory has significant appellate experience having perfected appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division Third Department, and New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division Fourth Department as well as drafting opposition to a petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Adams Leclair, Mallory was a member at a law firm in Rochester. In her free time, Mallory enjoys biking and rowing on the Erie Canal.
