Adams Leclair Welcomes New Attorney Mallory Smith

April 18, 2024

Adams Leclair is pleased to announce the addition of Mallory Smith, of counsel, to its team of litigators.   She brings a wealth of experience in commercial and fiduciary disputes, negotiating settlements, and litigating in state and federal courts.

“My favorite aspect of litigation is the variety of legal issues and topics you confront in your practice.  No two cases are ever the same,” reflected the Syracuse University College of Law alumna.

Although she grew up in Maryland, Mallory finished high school in Pittsford and went on to undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester.

After finishing law school, she transitioned from summer law clerk to associate at Rupp Baase Pfalzgraf Cunningham LLC in Buffalo.  Later, she took on roles at two Rochester firms respectively: Davidson Fink LLP and the Law Offices of Pullano & Farrow PLLC.

She is proud of her work, in particular, a case where she assisted with the preparation and filing of a brief in opposition to a petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court, which was successful.

“Mallory is a great addition to the firm, particularly with her experience in Surrogate’s Court litigation, where she has excelled,” according to partner Tony Adams. “We’re lucky to have her.”

“I am excited to join such a well-respected firm as Adams Leclair,” said Mallory.  “I look forward to expanding my knowledge base and having the opportunity to assist clients with their litigation needs.”

Mallory is a Penfield resident and during her personal time, she enjoys rowing on the Erie Canal.
