Chief Operating Officer

Carin Cole joined Adams Leclair in May 2022 and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. With more than 30 years of management experience across multiple industries, Carin focuses on helping the firm achieve its strategic goals through project management, operational oversight, and process improvement. She has played a key role in modernizing systems and implementing firmwide strategic initiatives.

Carin is actively involved in the Western and Central New York Association of Legal Administrators, where she serves on the board and is currently President‑Elect for the 2025–2026 term. She earned her MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and holds a bachelor’s degree from Williams College.

Assistant Director of Administration

Amy Richardson serves as Assistant Director of Administration and has been an integral part of Adams Leclair since 2017. With more than 30 years of legal experience, Amy is recognized for her proactive approach to case management and her commitment to operational excellence across both legal and administrative functions.

Amy oversees training and leads the firm’s quality control and process improvement, while guiding the strategic use of technology platforms.  She holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from St. John Fisher University.

Assistant Director of Operations

Joe Oliver serves as Assistant Director of Operations and began his tenure at Adams Leclair in 2025.  Joe manages all aspects of client billing and financial reporting and supports firmwide IT initiatives to ensure reliable systems and effective workflows. 

Joe also assists the Chief Operating Officer and supports human resources functions including payroll administration. His work helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and contributes to the firm’s commitment to high‑quality client service.

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from SUNY Brockport.
