We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our collaborative litigation team. This position will support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery and e-discovery, court filings, deposition and trial preparation, and client service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing deadlines and documents, and experienced with litigation support technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with litigation matters from case intake through trial, appeal, and resolution.
- Manage discovery and e-discovery workflows, including document collection, review, production, and tracking.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, and related court filings, including proofreading briefs and other litigation documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting.
- Assist with preparation for depositions and trial, including organizing exhibits, witness files, deposition materials, trial binders, and related logistics.
- Conduct background and public-record searches to locate individuals and assist with coordinating and managing service of process.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with a Paralegal Studies Certificate preferred.
- Minimum of three years of legal experience, preferably in litigation.
- Experience with e-discovery platforms, document management systems, and electronic evidence management preferred.
- CEDS certification is desirable but not required; training and support toward certification are available.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

- In-office position with a billable target of 100 hours per month.
Work Hours
- Full-time, in-office position: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. with a 45-minute lunch break.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
