We are pleased to welcome Natalia Canino to the Adams Leclair team as an Administrative Assistant. Originally from Liverpool, New York, Natalia moved to Rochester in early 2024. She now brings her strong organizational skills and attention to detail to the legal field.

“I was looking for a place where I could build a long-term career, and Adams Leclair stood out as a firm that invests in and cares for its employees,” Natalia shared. “A current employee spoke highly of the firm’s culture and emphasized values that resonate with me—transparency, effective communication, team collaboration, and integrity.”

What she enjoys most about working in a law firm is the professional environment and the collaboration among team members. “I like the workflow of the office and the level of teamwork it takes to get things done effectively,” she said.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys being outdoors, especially taking walks with her dog, Luca. In the winter, she travels to Florida to visit her father, where they enjoy the warm weather and attend Tampa Bay Lightning hockey games together
