Adams Leclair Welcomes Two New Paralegals: Heidi Davis and Ariana Cole
November 6, 2025
Adams Leclair LLP is proud to welcome Heidi Davis and Ariana Cole to our growing team of paralegals. Each brings a unique blend of professional experience, intellectual curiosity, and dedication to serving clients with skill and integrity.
Heidi Davis
Originally from Los Angeles, Heidi Davis brings more than two decades of administrative and legal experience to Adams Leclair. She relocated to Greece, New York, from Las Vegas, Nevada, to be closer to family and was drawn to the firm for its reputation for professionalism and excellence.
“I became a paralegal after encouragement from family and co-workers,” Heidi shared. “When the opportunity presented itself, I jumped at the chance. My best attributes are being fearless, resourceful, and reliable.”
Heidi received her Paralegal Certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Education plus she earned Legal Secretary Training Certificates from both UCLA Extension and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Heidi says she was drawn to Adams Leclair because of its reputation as a collaborative law firm. She looks forward to applying her case management experience and desire to use new technology to improve workflow and client service.
Heidi has been making the most of her move to New York by exploring local restaurants, state parks, Niagara Falls, and regional shopping outlets. “I’m having a blast discovering everything New York has to offer,” she said.
Ariana Cole
A Honeoye Falls, New York native, Ariana Cole brings a scientific mindset to her work at Adams Leclair. Ari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Science from the University of Malta, and her analytical training in that field helped shape the skills she now applies in law.
“What made me want to become a paralegal was the chance to apply the analytical and investigative skills I developed through my background in marine science to a new and challenging field,” Ari explained. “My long-term goal is to go to graduate school for hydrographic surveying, and in the meantime, I wanted to be in a role that uses my investigative and reporting skills—which is what drew me to becoming a paralegal.”
The legacy of both Ari’s father and grandfather being attorneys helped spark her early interest in the legal profession. She also describes herself as “highly-technology driven” and always up for a challenge.
“What I like most about being a paralegal is that I’m constantly learning something new,” Ari added. “I enjoy the collaboration within the firm and seeing how my colleagues approach problems from different perspectives. It’s a great environment for growth and teamwork.”
When she’s not at the office, Ari can be found outdoors—often hiking or exploring the Adirondacks, traveling, or scuba diving with friends. After living abroad for several years while completing her undergraduate studies, she has returned to the Rochester area and now resides in Pittsford, New York.
