Adams Leclair LLP congratulates Amy Demanchick for being named Paralegal Association of Rochester’s Paralegal of the Year for 2022.   The Paralegal Association of Rochester, Inc is a not-for-profit organization serving paralegals and the legal community of the Greater Rochester Area.

As member of the organization since 2018, Demanchick has served for two years as a board member.  She chaired the Golf Tournament Committee in 2019 to raise money for the Veteran Outreach Center.  Demanchick has worked on the PAR Scholarship Committee and served as a mentor/speaker to students in the paralegal program at Monroe Community College. She also re-vamped the PAR website and published social media updates to advance the organization. 

Demanchick has served as the lead paralegal at Adams Leclair LLP since 2017 and notably developed a standard procedure handbook to help remote paralegals during Covid.  Currently, her primary role for Adams Leclair is digital discovery and assisting attorneys as an e-discovery specialist.
