Cassidy and Castaneda Receive E-Discovery Certification
January 7, 2026
Two members of the Adams Leclair legal team have been certified as E-Discovery Specialists through the Association of E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), an industry leader in the training and testing of electronic discovery professionals.
Associate Jack Cassidy and Paralegal Kayla Castaneda were notified of their successful completion of the Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) program at the end of December 2025.
“With technology changing rapidly, electronic discovery skills have never been more important to the legal field,” stated Steven Cole, Managing Partner of Adams Leclair. “We are excited to have two more team members fully certified in e-discovery, which directly benefits our clients and strengthens our litigation capabilities.”
The CEDS certification is recognized worldwide and serves as a benchmark for verifying professional competence in electronic discovery, including data preservation, collection, processing, review, and production. Certification requires a comprehensive examination of both technical and legal principles governing electronically stored information (ESI).
Cassidy and Castaneda’s certification strengthens Adams Leclair’s ability to manage complex litigation matters and deliver precise, technology-driven legal solutions for clients involved in high-stakes construction and commercial disputes.
