U.S. Supreme Court Strengthens Church Autonomy Doctrine

When a teacher at a religious private school is fired for reasons she believes are discriminatory, can she bring an employment discrimination claim against the school? This issue came before the US Supreme Court last term in a case where two teachers who had worked for Catholic schools alleged disability discrimination and pregnancy discrimination.
