Leadership and key operational team members from Adams Leclair recently returned from Toronto, Canada, after attending the fall LawPact® international conference. The theme addressed pressing topics shaping the modern legal landscape: Who’s Next, What’s Fair and What’s AI—Addressing the Three Biggest Challenges Facing Law Firms Today.” 

LawPact® is a network of independent business law firms serving clients across a variety of industries.  The mission is to assist member firms with management, profitability, the application of evolving technologies and marketing.

Representing Adams Leclair at the conference were partners Steve Cole (Managing Partner), Paul Leclair, Maura McGuire, and Rob Yawman, alongside Chief Operating Officer Carin Cole and Assistant Director of Administration Amy Richardson. The event offered interactive sessions focusing on seamless succession planning (“Who’s Next”), modern compensation and equitable firm management (“What’s Fair”), and the transformative integration of artificial intelligence in client service and daily firm operations (“What’s AI”).

For partner Rob Yawman, the discussion around emerging technologies provided a valuable roadmap for firm strategy. “Understanding how to leverage AI responsibly while maintaining the highest standard of client service ensures Adams Leclair remains forward-thinking and well-equipped for the future.”
