Adams Leclair is pleased to announce that Bradon Carlson has joined the firm as an associate attorney, bringing a strong background in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and a deep commitment to community service in the Greater Rochester area.

A native and current resident of Palmyra, Bradon joins the firm following his recent admission to the New York State Bar. He earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2024, after graduating from the University at Buffalo.

Bradon’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and insurance defense.

“The problem-solving aspect of litigation is what draws me most to this practice area,” Bradon noted. “Litigation involves analyzing complex facts, crafting persuasive arguments, and executing—while often adapting—strategies as cases evolve.”

Beyond his professional practice, Bradon has dedicated significant time to JustCause and the Tenant Defense Project, defending approximately 100 eviction actions. Knowing that Adams Leclair supports its associates sharing their legal experience to help others, Bradon looks forward to continuing with these organizations.

Bradon comes from a close-knit family and appreciates the support system that has allowed him to pursue his professional goals. Outside of the office, he is an outdoor enthusiast. Depending on the Rochester weather, he can be found hiking, skiing, or playing golf.
