New Legacy to Begin for Adams Leclair in Legacy Tower

January 3, 2024

Adams Leclair LLP has opened a new Rochester headquarters, with offices on the 12th floor of the Legacy Tower located at 1200 Bausch and Lomb Place, marking the end of a year that witnessed continued growth, recognition, and courtroom success. The law firm, which is focused on commercial litigation, employment, and construction law, was established in 2007, became Adams Leclair LLP in 2019, and has been growing ever since.  This past year saw the addition of two new associate attorneys, two new paralegals, and commitments from two summer law clerks who will rejoin Adams Leclair in 2024 after completion of law school.

“We are proud of the growth that has taken place over the past four years,” said Managing Partner Steven Cole. “We adapted through the pandemic years, focusing on remote options to help our clients.  We are stronger than ever with e-discovery capabilities that streamline case preparation and management.

Adams Leclair recently received commitments from summer associates Ella Humphrey of Pittsford and Jack Cassidy of Penfield.  Both will take on full-time associate positions once they graduate from Buffalo School of Law and Syracuse University College of Law, respectively, in the Fall of 2024.

“Both Ella and Jack have done impressive research for us as students, and they have previous work experience which will give them real-world appreciation for the cases they will be assigned.  This is a huge asset for Adams Leclair, and we look forward to their return,” noted founding partner Paul Leclair.

These new associates will complement the addition of 5th and 6th year associates Ryan Lefkowitz and Lauren Maddox earlier this year.  Sara Rule and Catalina McHugh have also joined the firm as paralegals.

With its move to the 12th floor of Legacy Tower, Adams Leclair will have access to 12,000 square feet to accommodate continued planned growth for the firm, and to best serve its clients.
